Open all year. One of Colorado's largest RV Parks. Located 7 miles east of Downtown Denver. Conveniently located in a metro area near restaurants, shopping, hospitals, etc. Less than 13 miles to Denver International Airport. Full Service Park with 20/30/50 amps service. Phone and cable ready, long term only. 14 channel TV reception with antenna. Some shady pull thru sites. Computer modem friendly. Ice, restrooms, laundry, private showers. Seasonal: clubhouse, picnic area, and pool.

WI-FI ready at speeds up to 1.5 and it's free!!!!

Daily, weekly, and monthly rates. No monthlies in June, July and August. Dogs welcome except pitbulls, Rothweilers and Dobermans.

Location: from I-225, head west on Colfax 300 yards; From Colfax head north on Fitzsimmons Parkway then turn right onto 17th Avenue. Go over bridge continue onto Potomac Street to entrance of Park.
